UniPac Packaging Products Ltd. has a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the products must be in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging. You will need the invoice #.
To initiate the returns process you will need to contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-331-2211.
To help speed up the process please have the information below available:

- Email address
At the end of the conversation, our Customer Service Representative will give you a Product Return Quote # plus discuss the method of returning the product (UniPac or UniPac Partner).
Products sent back to UniPac Packaging Products Ltd. without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you feel that the product you have received is damaged, defective or have received the wrong product, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-331-2211 immediately so we evaluate the situation to correct it.
Unfortunately, UniPac Packaging Products Ltd. cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Product needs to be returned first back to UniPac Packaging Products Ltd. & once return has been approved a separate purchase for the new product is required..
UniPac Packaging Products Ltd. will notify you once the product has been received & inspected plus contact you to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping fees on your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These shipping fees are only an estimate and we reserve the right to apply actual shipping fees at the time of order processing. UniPac will always find the Most Economical Way to ship to you.
Post order processing, UniPac Packaging Products Ltd. will send you a confirmation email with the overall invoice including actual shipping fees.
All orders will be processed within 2 business days. Please note that confirmed orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
UniPac Packaging Products Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
