Return & Refund Policy

UniPac Packaging Products Ltd. has a 15-day return policy which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the products must be in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging. 

To initiate the returns process you will need to contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-331-2211.

To help speed up the process please have the information below available:

  • Name on the invoice

  • Invoice #

  • Order Placed Date

  • Telephone number and / or Email address

At the end of the conversation, our Customer Service Representative should give you a Product Return Quote # plus discuss the method of returning the product (UniPac or UniPac Partner).

Products sent back to UniPac Packaging Products Ltd. without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) protocols must be strictly maintained for any products being returned. Items that do not meet these hygiene and safety standards will not be eligible for return or refund.

Returns will not be accepted at the time of delivery or without the proper return documentation accompanying the shipment.

Unauthorized or “forced” returns may not be processed for credit or refund.

Please note that all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you feel that the product you have received is damaged, defective or have received the wrong product, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-331-2211 immediately so we evaluate the situation to correct it.

EXCHANGES

Product needs to be returned first back to UniPac Packaging Products Ltd. & once return has been approved a separate purchase for the new product is required.

REFUNDS

UniPac Packaging Products Ltd. will notify you once the product has been received & inspected plus contact you to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
